As good and liberating as it sounds, it's not practical at all.
You can't eat delicious food everyday. At some point you're going to get bored of it.
Good things are good cause they come/consumed in small amounts.
Try eating your favourite food three times a day, or watching tv for 14 hours.
It gets boring at a point.
The balance is the real thing.
